Kira Mondrus joined QASymphony as the Chief Marketing Officer in the fall of 2017. As the CMO, Kira is responsible for leading product marketing, building brand awareness and driving demand globally, to ensure that revenue targets are met, while focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Prior to joining QASymphony, Kira was the Director of Global Marketing at SecureWorks, a fast-growing security solutions provider, where she was responsible for driving demand for prospects and existing customers across all geographies, sales enablement and marketing operations. During her time at SecureWorks, Kira led a demand transformation initiative, building an award-winning Perpetual Demand Generation (PDG) engine that delivered larger deal sizes and improved win rates.
Kira has nearly 20 years’ experience in B2B technology marketing, working for companies ranging from start-ups to multibillion dollar enterprises. Prior to joining Dell SecureWorks, Kira was responsible for global demand generation at Steelwedge, a cloud integrated business planning company. Before that, Kira ran marketing for SEEBURGER, a German based company providing managed file transfer and B2B integration solutions. The majority of Kira’s career was spent at BMC Software, where she held a variety of leadership roles spanning from field and product marketing, to marketing operations and campaign management. At BMC Software, Kira gained global experience marketing in EMEA and AP as well as North America and Latin America. Kira also held marketing leadership positions in a couple Israeli startups.
Kira is originally from Canada and holds a Double Honors in Public Administration as well as Russian from the University of Saskatchewan. She is fluent in Russian and also speaks Hebrew.
