Guy Lever has strong experience in the Customer Success field and is driven by a passion to understand how customers are trying to accomplish their success. Listening to customers, and then aligning internal teams to create, and ultimately deliver, a sound experience is always Guy’s goal.

Guy managed recurring revenue, both SaaS and On-premise, for both Infor, Inc. and Verint Systems, Inc. installing processes, building teams, and working with other internal groups to create a consistent customer experience. All based on the foundation of understanding customer expectations and goals. Managing teams in as many as 14 separate countries at one time Guy has significant experience understanding differences in global cultures and how tailor approaches required to create environments that enable customers to achieve their goals for specific products.

A native of Zimbabwe though now a long time resident in Atlanta, Guy holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
