Our team just returned from a spectacular week in San Jose, CA for Atlassian Summit.
Over 3200 people attended the conference and from the moment the show opened, the expo floor was buzzing with excitement. We were honored to be a gold sponsor at such a high respected conference.
We had a lot of great conversations with big companies that are using JIRA and either struggling with HP Quality Center or JIRA Add-on’s. We were lucky to have 2 customers with us at the show – Jerry Loch from Vonage and Elise Carmichael from Mobquity that were able to talk with prospects at the booth about their experience with qTest.
If you didn’t have a chance to attend this year I highly recommend checking it out next year. Atlassian has posted replays of all the keynotes and popular sessions– Catch them here>>
Kevin Dunne, VP of Business Development at QASymphony, gave a fantastic presentation on metrics/analytics. It was standing room only as you can see in the picture below. Ryan Yackel recently gave a similar presentation during a webinar “Software Testing Metrics with qTest Insights”. View the on-demand recording here
This year we were extremely proud to join the Pledge 1% program. “Since we started the company in 2011, we have been very focused on giving back to the community,” said Dave Keil, CEO of QASymphony. “We learned about the 1% Pledge from our partners at Atlassian. We see this program as a great way to increase our commitment and join a community of leading technology companies actively working to make the world a better place.” You can read more in our press release.
Pre-Summit Bash Happy Hour
We also hosted a happy hour with CPrime and AgileCraft. It was packed with almost 300 people.
After spending time at the Atlassian Summit, we’ve never been more confident or energized about the potential of our company. We have a differentiated solution that is meeting a critical need in the market. We have a software that people need and want.
On April 18-19, 2017, industry leaders and practitioners will gather in Atlanta, GA to talk about the future of software quality. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to hear from some of the brightest minds in software development and testing.
