Atlanta Testers gain an Atlanta-based Testing Conference — Paul Holland to Keynote

Atlanta is home to over one thousand software companies cranking out software products that need to be tested. Now Atlanta has STAC, our own Software Testing Conference: for Tester, by Testers.

The inaugural event is to be held at the Westin Buckhead and will feature Keynoter, Paul Holland. Holland is well known in the testing community as an accomplished thought leader.

STAC was started by a group of testers that wanted to create the conference they’ve collectively always wanted to attend. STAC is a forum for local testers to hear from industry heavyweights, but that also features time set aside for an “unconference.”

The afternoon Unconference is designed as a series of roundtables hosted by passionate local testers that will lead discussions in real world QA experience. What are you working on? What are you learning? Testers can hear and talk about it all, with the goal of you walking away a better tester by participating in these forums.

Attendees will get up-to-date knowledge and best practices about software testing and what’s happening around the world, while networking with local, like-minded testers.
